Wedding Planning Services
We offer a variety of services to couples that can be customized in a variety of ways. every couple we work with receives a comprehensive unique quote specific to their needs. Our team can be involved as much, or as little as you need. This allows couples to stay within a budget whiel still remaining stress free on their big day.
The first meeting is our treat! Schedule a no-strings-attached consultation (approx. 60-90 minutes) to put your mind at ease and get started in the right direction!
Day of Coordinating Services (up to 100 guests)
This service is for the couple that wants someone else to handle the vendors and day-of stresses. With this service you will have our staff from start to finish of your wedding. We are dedicated to meeting your needs and making your event wishes a reality.
*Transport of times from ceremony to the reception
- Initial Consultation to discuss budget and needs
- Meeting 2 weeks prior to event to ensure we have every detail organized
- One On-Site Venue Visit
- Coordination of all vendors the day of the event including
- Set up a schedule of vendor arrivals and departures for the day of your event
- All guests, participants, and vendors may have our number as to not bother you
- Serve as your vendor liaison
- Event management - my job is to make sure every detail is handled, that we stay on schedule and make sure your day is perfect!
- 8 hours of wedding day (includes assistace with setup, pinning boutnnieres, scheduling, ceremony and reception direction and tear down of rented items)
- Host of your event until lunch is served - leading guests in the right direction
Partial Planning Services (up to 200 guests)
Premier Designer, Dawn Walz, is available for the brainstorming sessions and food tastings. Your planner will make theme development, vendor booking, itinerary planning, budgeting and all the details seem so easy!

- 10% discount on fresh or botanical florals

Full Planning & Desing Services (Unlimited Guests)
From event design to invitation wording, our goal is to ensure no detail is overlooked. You can spend teh day of your event knowing that everything is managed and just eh way you envisioned.

Ala Carte Services
- Additional $25 for each additional 5 guests
- Rehearsal coordination additional
- A standard mileage fee of $.55/mile will be charged over 20 miles of Freeman plus standard hourly rate of $25.
- Clearing of tables at reception, handle the caterer needs, etc $50 per 100 people
- Rental, setup & tear down edison patio lights in the MPHA Barn
- Rental , setup & tear down chiffon/fairy light backdrop with eucalyptus (up to 30ft)
- Rental, setup & tear down ring/chiffon/chandelier
